Shipping & Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns require prior authorization. Only products that are unused and in their original packaging and condition may be returned for a store credit or exchange. Shipping will not be refunded. Please Contact Us and provide your order number.
If we made a mistake in fulfilling your order and you received the wrong product, we will pay for return shipping.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If the shipping box shows damage, please take a photo and submit with your return request.
We will refund shipping costs to any damaged or defective items. We will exchange the product or if it is not available we will issue a refund or apply a store credit.
If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days of order placement.
We do not accept returns on custom made items.
We ship via USPS with a flat rate of $7.95 per order. Orders over $150.00 are shipped free within the continental US. If applicable, you will receive tracking information when your order ships.
We ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order Monday-Friday. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your items
Please note that beds have an additional $10.00 shipping fee.
